Suppliers are expected to meet Brooks’ requirements related to quality, ethical conduct, environmental responsibility, and social responsibility. The resources below provide access to supplier terms and conditions, engineering standards, responsibility policies, and formal processes for supplier-initiated requests.

All purchase orders placed by Brooks units are subject to the applicable terms and conditions below.

Brooks extends its commitment to corporate responsibility throughout its global supply chain. This policy outlines the expectations we have for suppliers related to ethical business practices, environmental stewardship, workplace safety, human rights, and regulatory compliance.

Suppliers are expected to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, provide safe and healthy working environments, respect labor and human rights, responsibly source materials, and maintain management systems that support continuous improvement. Brooks works collaboratively with suppliers to encourage alignment with these principles and to promote responsible manufacturing and distribution practices worldwide.

Suppliers may submit a Supplier Initiated Action Request (SIAR) to formally communicate proposed changes, issues, or improvement opportunities related to products, processes, or supply chain activities.

Notice: The SIAR form will be unavailable during weekly maintenance every Saturday at 8:00pm Eastern Time for 10 minutes.
