The MagnaTran 70 robot represents the state-of-the-art in large display substrate handling in vacuum. Based on the proven design of the MagnaTran 7, MagnaTran 70 has a high reliability design goal of >10 million MCBF.

MagnaTran 70 is a 3 axis robot configuration (R, q , Z) available with 3 different patented arm configurations in various sizes, and with a variety of passive support end effectors, for handling up to 4th generation size (1m) flat panel display substrates.
