Retired Partner KPMG LLP and Chairman of the Audit Committee Watts Water Technologies, Inc. Mr. John K. McGillicuddy has been a director of the Company since October 2003. Mr. McGillicuddy was a partner with the international accounting firm of KPMG LLP, a public accounting firm, from 1975 until his retirement in June 2000. During his tenure with KPMG, he served as an audit partner, SEC reviewing partner and in various management positions. Mr. McGillicuddy is also a member of the board of directors of Watts Water Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of water safety and flow control products.
