ZARIS: SAFETY & OPERATOR The purpose of this course is to teach the safety and operations, of the ZARIS tool. This course combines classroom and hands-on practice in a state-of-the art training laboratory.Prerequisites The trainee should already be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment to include: - Basic understanding of Windows NT Server, Microsoft Access and computer usage
- General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
- Familiarization with basic hand tools
Audience Cluster tool operators and supervisors. Length 2 Days Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following: - Identify and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Explain the theory of the operation of the robot.
- EMO recovery.
- Operate the robot using monitor commands and V+ commands.
- Reference the Users Manual to properly operate the robot.
What To Bring To This Course Brooks Training Department will provide all required materials, documents, and manuals. This course is a Brooks certification course that requires successful completion of Brooks' hands-on and written certification test in order to be certified for ZARIS safety and operation. |
