INTRODUCTION TO THE SCS 3000
The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of safety and operation for the SCS3000 Sorter. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art training laboratory.
Prerequisites The trainee should be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment.
Audience Tool operators, maintenance technicians, technical support engineers, and field service engineers.
Length 1 Day
Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following:
- Identify and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Identify all electrical and mechanical components of the sorter.
- Explain the theory of the operation of the SCS3000.
- Create and Edit recipes.
