APS 2000: INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED


The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of safety and operation for the APS2000 Sorter. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art training laboratory.

Prerequisites
The trainee should be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical
equipment.

  • Basic understanding of Windows NT Server, Microsoft Access and computer usage
  • General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
  • Familiarization with basic hand tools

Audience
Tool Operators, Maintenance Technicians, Technical Support Engineers, and Field Service Engineers.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following:

  • Identify and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Identify all electrical and mechanical components of the sorter.
  • Explain the theory of the operation of the APS 2000.
  • Create and Edit recipes.
