As an established market leader in hardware automation werecognize the need for a strong supply chain. We are continually developing our partnerships within the supply chain. We also understand that a partnership is bi-directional relationship. Therefore, we understand that we need to share information and processes to enable us to develop and deliver world-class products to our customers.
In order to perform this challenging task, we have developed a supplier portal as a means of transferring and sharing vital information within the supply chain. We also understand that there may be suppliers or partners in the industry that we have not encountered or tapped. Therefore, we have placed our supplier assessment form on this site to enable all potential suppliers to reach Brooks Automation, Inc. and see if there is a partnership waiting to be developed. Our suppliers are selected for either a localized business unit or to assist in a global platform supporting multiple business units.
Supplier Assessment
This process is to enable non-Brooks' suppliers to be evaluated by us for future opportunities to share in the supply chain success stories. After submitting, we will review the assessment. If we feel that there are opportunities for both you, the supplier, and Brooks Automation we will notify you and start the evaluation process. A facility visit may be necessary to complete this process.

Purchase Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions printed on the back of each purchase order placed by Brooks Automation units located in the United States.
Supplier Portal
Once you have been selected as a supplier and placed on the approved supplier list, Brooks will assign you an account number and password. This will enable you to review key strategic information regarding processes, specifications, subtier suppliers, and purchase order details. We will also use this portal to inform our supply chain of other vital information to assist the supplier.
