FROM LOGAN AIRPORT, BOSTON, MA:

1. Exit Logan Airport and take the Sumner Tunnel exit. Avoid the left-hand exit to the MBTA station or the Ted Williams Tunnel just before the Sumner Tunnel exit.
2. Pay the Sumner Tunnel toll ($3.00) and remain in the left-hand lane through the tunnel.
3. When exiting the tunnel, stay in the left-hand lane and go up the entrance ramp for the I-93 North/Expressway. Stay on I-93 North for approximately 10 miles.
4. From I-93, take I-95 (Rt. 128) South, Exit 37B (Waltham). Stay on I-95 South for approximately 5 miles.
5. From I-95, take Route 3 North, Exit 32A. At this exit, stay to the left to avoid taking the Middlesex Turnpike. Stay on Rt. 3 North for approximately 9 miles.
6. From Route 3, take Route 129 West, Exit 29. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
7. At the second set of lights, turn left. This is Mill Road.
8. Take the immediate right onto Elizabeth Drive. The Brooks Automation campus consists of four buildings at the end of the road ( 11, 12, 15 and 16 Elizabeth Drive).

From I-95 South (Waltham, MA)

1. From I-95, take Route 3 North, Exit 32A. Stay on Rt. 3 North for approximately 9 miles.
2. From Route 3, take Route 129 West, Exit 29. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right.
3. At the second set of lights, turn left. This is Mill Road.
4. Take the immediate right onto Elizabeth Drive. The Brooks Automation campus consists of four buildings at the end of the road ( 11, 12, 15 and 16 Elizabeth Drive).

From I-93 North (Manchester, NH)

1. Go North on BROWN AVE/NH-3A toward CASCADE CIR.
2. After 1.40 Miles, merge onto NH-101 W via the ramp- on the left- toward BEDFORD/NASHUA.
3. Travel for approximately 1 mile and take the EVERETT TURNPIKE SOUTH exit toward MERRIMACK/NASHUA. Merge onto FREDERICK E EVERETT TURNPIKE (Portions toll). In approximately 13 miles the FREDERICK E EVERETT TURNPIKE becomes US-3 S. Travel an additional 18 miles on Route 3.
4. Take Route 129 West, Exit 29.
5. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left.
6. At the next set of lights, turn left. This is Mill Road.

From Route 3 North (Nashua, NH)

1. Take Route 3 South.
2. From Route 3, take Route 129 West, Exit 29.
3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left.
4. At the next set of lights, turn left. This is Mill Road.
5. Take the immediate right onto Elizabeth Drive. The Brooks Automation campus consists of four buildings at the end of the road ( 11, 12, 15 and 16 Elizabeth Drive).
