For many years we have asked you to work with us to assure the safety of your employees, Brooks’ employees and the employees of our service providers by completing a signed Health and Safety Certificate before you return product for repair. By accurately identifying any direct or indirect exposure the products have had with hazardous material, we are able to safely and efficiently handle these products through our repair process.
