Over the past few years Brooks has been enhancing our global spares and logistics capabilities. Brooks has recently made significant investments in regional capabilities and spares stocking levels; moving both support and spare parts closer to you. Below is a map of our local repair and spare parts stocking centers. 
You can now view the status of all your Brooks spare parts order on-line, anytime. For orders that have already shipped, e-Spares will show you the date the order shipped, the carrier name and tracking number. For all other orders, you get up to the minute information on when your parts are scheduled to ship out to you.
A key goal of spares and logistics at Brooks is to deliver the correct part to the correct location at the correct time. However, certain situations requires a higher level of service such as critical systems and tool downs. Brooks is pleased to announce that beginning January 1st we will offer two new levels of spares service offerings. - 24 hour shipment - This offering is intended to deliver spare parts as fast as possible to minimize the impact of unscheduled down time. Under this offering we will ship spares within 24 hours.
- 72 hour shipment - This offering is intended to deliver spare parts quickly to replenish stocking levels of a critical part. Under this offering we will ship spares within 72 hours.
