Our cryopump systems have been the industry standard for nearly 30 years. Now is your chance to trade-in your old Cryo-Torr system, and experience the technology and performance that On-Board offers.

Our On-Board systems incorporate the reliability of a Cryo-Torr system coupled together with electronics and technology, which improve the performance and give you more control. On-Board features automated regenerations, including a 1-hour fast regeneration that greatly reduces downtime due to cryopump maintenance. On-Board also provides enhanced temperature control for improved consistency in vacuum pumping speeds.

Our CTI-Cryogenics product range incorporates a variety of pumping systems to meet your requirements. On-Board cryopump sizes range from 4-inch to 400mm flange inner diameters with a full range of traditional and specialized configurations available.

For a limited time only, Brooks is offering a $500 to $1,000 trade-in credit for every Cryo-Torr cryopump upgraded to On-Board. An additional trade-in credit will be provided for all compressor upgrades, too.
