Ralf K. Wuellner was recently promoted to the newly established position of President – Global Customer Operations Group in December 2007. His appointment was part of a broader executive reorganization within Brooks designed to enhance the Company’s customer responsiveness. He has responsibility for all sales; regional engineering; and customer service & support activities in Asia, Europe and North America. Mr. Wuellner reports directly to Robert J. Lepofsky, CEO. Mr. Wuellner joined Brooks in March 2007 as a Corporate Vice President and President, Brooks Europe. His twenty year career has included positions of varied and increasing responsibility in the semiconductor production and measurement equipment industries. In addition to his multinational experiences in the semiconductor industry, Mr. Wuellner has also held similar positions in the Flat Panel Display industry. Prior to joining Brooks, Mr. Wuellner held positions as President, Lam Research GmbH Germany; Vice President Sales and Marketing, Balzers AG Switzerland; and President, Leybold Semiconductor Vacuum Solutions USA.
