WHEN CUSTOMERS NEED HELP, SOMETIMES LESS IS MORE
Have you ever gone to your vendor's web site to get information only to find that you need to read pages and pages of text just to find what you are looking for? At Brooks Automation we believe when customers come to our website for customer support they need help and do not have a lot of time. Whether it's emergency support, local office information, or just to understand our latest support offerings; they need to get the information they are looking for fast and hassle free.
We believe sometimes less is more. That is exactly what we kept in mind when we designed our new Global Customer Support website. The new site, set to go-live November 1, 2007, features a better flow of information with easy to find icons and links to key topics such as Emergency Support, Support Offerings, Literature Library and a new GCS 'How to' Guide to help you maneuver through Brooks GCS.
