DECONTAMINATION POLICY Brooks Automation, RMA department is committed to providing products which are free from hazardous contamination. An effective contamination compliance program reduces cost, liability, and reduces delays that can result from contaminated product. Products exposed to anything other than "Non-Hazardous" materials must certified as decontaminated prior to being accepted by Brooks Automation for service. Product exposure for returned material is to be detailed on the Certificate of Decontamination. The Certificate of Decontamination must be completed and signed by your company's Safety Officer, or a member of your company's executive staff, and faxed to an RMA administrator for approval before the material can be received at Brooks. This form must be completed for all products being returned for service. Please contact the RMA department to receive a copy of the Certificate of Decontamination. Decontamination sheets completed by non-certified employees will not be accepted. Brooks Automation Inc. reserves the right to refuse any delivery that is contaminated.
