It consists of an array of service levels and options designed to fit your business model and address your operational efficiency requirements. All repairs are performed by our certified technicians with original Brooks parts and are guaranteed for one year. The Fixed Price Repair program for Polycold PFC systems has three preset service levels, depending on your specific need. Whether you have refrigerant leaks, moisture contamination or you need a full system refurbishment, Polycold PFC Fixed Price Repair program has a solution for you. Our three FPR service levels are: - Refrigerant Service
This service level is ideal for PFC Customers who experience performance issues and equipment downtime due to: - Low refrigerant pressures
- Refrigerant leaks at cooling line connections on the PFC unit
- Refrigerant leaks inside the PFC unit
- Unknown mix of refrigerant due to numerous charges or top-offs
- Contamination of refrigerant
- Insulation Service
This service level is ideal for PFC Customers who experience excessive PFC cool down times, equipment failures and performance degradation caused by: - Moisture-contaminated or “wet” foam
- Ice build-up at insulation
- Refurbishment Service
This service level is ideal for PFC Customers who require a full refurbishment of their PFC system due to failure.
