TRUEBLUE® SERVICE AGREEMENTS


 

Brooks offers an array of highly customizable service agreements called TrueBlue. TrueBlue service agreements are customized based on the way you do business. These agreements address your operational efficiency needs while still providing you the flexibility you require. When you place your trust in Brooks’ TrueBlue service agreements, we work tirelessly to produce the results that uphold the confidence you have put in us. Winning your trust means building upon a relationship that speaks to your individual needs.

Every TrueBlue service agreement begins with a detailed analysis of your specific needs. Your Brooks Regional Account Manger and CSE will then work with you to develop an understanding of current and future service requirements. With a clear understanding of your needs, the Account Manger and CSE will help you develop a TrueBlue program that best suits your desired service strategy.

TrueBlue Service Agreements are customized in three varying levels as follows:

  • BasicBlue
    BasicBlue agreements are our most basic level of support. Focused primarily on preventative maintenance management, these service agreements are built based upon price.

  • PerformanceBlue
    PerformanceBlue agreements are our mid-level support. These agreements reduce unscheduled downtime utilizing predictive maintenance through in-depth analysis and e-Diagnostics. PerformanceBlue agreements are our most popular agreements, powered by our e-Diagnostics predictive maintenance tool GOLDLink®.

  • UltimateBlue
    UltimateBlue agreements are our highest level of support. Developed for fab productivity and up-time, these agreements guarantee up-time support with dedicated Brooks support.

GOLDLink® Global On-Line Diagnostics
GOLDLink is a global on-line diagnostics tool, component of the Brooks PerformanceBlue and UltimateBlue Service Agreements. The data gathered enables Brooks to enhance its predictive maintenance capabilities and therefore reduce the cost of ownership of your equipment. Additionally, Data Explorer is the web platform designed to give access of that data to the customer and extract reports as needed.
