The promotional prices of $4,400 (water-cooled) and $4,970 (air cooled) include the Cryopump power cable (if required) and a 10% discount on the repair of your pump. The repair would include bringing your pump up to the current revision for that model and a stress free one year guarantee. That means your system will be covered for a whole year, just in case.
