One Inch Gold Seal, UHV Valve features: - Bakeable – open or closed
- Long Life – Sealing surfaces exhibit negligible deformation with use
- Ease of Maintenance – Gold seal may be easily replaced in the field
- Low Ultimate Pressure – Only specially processed Type 304 Stainless Steel and pure gold are in contact with the vacuum system
- Low Sealed Conductance – Less than 10-13 liter/sec
