 The Polycold® P Cryocooler cryopumps water vapor to the 10-10 Torr range and prevents back-streaming of vacuum-pump fluids in small vacuum systems. The Model P Cryocooler is also effective for cryosurfaces in load-lock systems where fast temperature cycling is not required. Featuring a patented single compressor refrigeration process that employs auto-refrigerating cycle cooling, the P Cryocooler directly cools cold traps, baffles, or flange mounted cryocoils to as low as -155°C using a CFC-free refrigerant mixture in a closed loop system. The P Cryocooler, which requires only power and water utility service, is available in various sizes for diffusion pump, turbo pump, and foreline trap applications.
