|  |  | WCOMP5B: 200MM COMPONENTS (MAG 7.1, INLIGNER, VCE 6) The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of safety and operation of the Mag 7.1 robot, the InLigner, and the VCE 6. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art training laboratory.Prerequisites The trainee should already be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment. Audience Cluster tool operators, maintenance technicians, technical support engineers, field service engineers, and application engineers. Length 2 Days Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following: - Identify and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Identify the mechanical and electrical components of the Mag 7.1, InLigner, and VCE6.
- Explain the theories of operation of the Mag 7.1, InLigner, and VCE6.
- Operate the Mag 7.1 robot at a basic level.
- Operate the InLigner at a basic level.
- Operate the VCE6 at a basic level.
