TRANSNET AEROTRAK The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting procedures of the TransNet AeroTrak. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art training laboratory. Prerequisites The trainee should already be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment to include: - Basic understanding of NT and computer usage
- General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
- Familiarization with basic hand tools
- Fab experience of at least 6 months is preferred
Audience TransNet AeroTrak tool operators, maintenance technicians, technical support engineers, field service engineers, and application engineers. Length 5 Days Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following: - Identify and explain all the major components of the system
- Operate the system using the AeroTrak Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Engine
- Understand the underlying design philosophy and operational behavior of the system
- Use laptop to download node code
- Use laptop to perform node diagnostics
- How to gather logs and perform log management and discuss errors associated with AeroTrak
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Interface with Brooks Automation technical and product support personnel on AeroTrak related matters
