AEROTRAK 200/300 MM - HANDS-ON/DIAGNOSTICS/PM/REPAIR
The purpose of this course is to teach preventive maintenance, troubleshooting procedures of the TransNet based AeroTrak 200/300MM system. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art training laboratory.Prerequisites
The trainee should already be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment to include: - AeroTrak 200/300MM - Safety & Operations training
- Understanding of NT and computer usage
- General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
- Familiarization with basic hand tools
- Fab experience of at least 6 months with AeroTrak is preferred

5 Days Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following: - Understand the underlying design philosophy and operational behavior of the system
- Use laptop to Download vehicle and node code
- Use laptop to perform vehicle and node diagnostics
- How to gather logs and perform log management and discuss errors associated with AeroTrak
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Interface with Brooks Automation technical and product support personnel on AeroTrak related matters
