INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED TURBOSTOCKER
The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of safety, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance software, and robot architecture of the TurboStocker. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art training laboratory.
Prerequisites The trainee should already be familiar with the operation and maintenance of complex electromechanical equipment to include:
- TurboStocker - Safety and Operations training
- Basic understanding of computer usage
- General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
- Familiarization with basic hand tools
Audience TurboStocker tool operators, maintenance technicians, technical support engineers, field service engineers, and application engineers
Length 5 Days
Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following:
- Understand all safety aspects of the TurbStocker system
- State the function of all system components and printed circuit boards
- Operate the system using the Graphical User Interface and the Stocker Engine
- Operate the Stocker using the CommKey
- Teach all points in the system
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures
- Identify and Troubleshoot system errors
- Interface with Brooks Automation service personnel on high level problems
