|  |  | INTRODUCTION TO BARE RETICLE STOCKER The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of safety and operation of the Bare Reticle Stocker. This course combines classroom and hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art training laboratory. Prerequisites The trainee should already be familiar with the operation of complex electromechanical equipment to include: - Basic understanding of Windows NT Server, Microsoft Access and computer usage
- General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
- Familiarization with basic hand tools
Audience Bare Reticle Stocker tool operators, and supervisors. Length 2 Days Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following: - Understand all Safety aspects of the Bare Reticle Stocker System
- Operate the system using the Graphical User Interface and the Stocker Engine
- Operate the Stocker using the CommKey
