TURBOSTOCKER - SAFETY AND OPERATIONS


The purpose of this course is to teach the fundamentals of safety, operation, and robot architecture of the TurboStocker. This course combines theory and extensive hands-on practice in a state-of-the-art training laboratory.

Prerequisites
The trainee should already be familiar with the operation of complex electromechanical equipment to include:

  • Basic understanding of computer usage
  • General knowledge of electro/mechanical devices
  • Familiarization with basic hand tools

Audience
TurboStocker tool operators, maintenance technicians, technical support engineers, field service engineers, and application engineers.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the trainee should be able to perform the following:

  • Operate the system
  • Understand the theory of functionality of all the electro-mechanics of the system
  • Operate the Robot CommKey
  • Teach Robot pick / place points on the system
